OK we've had them for a little while, we just haven't shown them off yet... but regardless! Norco Optics have landed in Lacey and it looks like they're here to stay. Falling right smack in between the all capable trail machine "Sight" and the XC slayer "Revolver" the optic looks to be the most all purpose bike Norco has released to date. Available in both 27.5" and 29" wheels, the Optic is just as at home on a XC marathon grind as it is charging the steeps on your local mountain, or even racing dual slalom like we saw Bryn do at Seaotter this year.
Combining light light weight carbon (Or aluminum!) with short travel and slack modern geometry the optic is poised to be the one bike you can take everywhere. And we can vouch for that as we got to take laps on both wheels sizes at our last demo back in April.
If you need any more convincing that this bike can rip, don't forget that Bryn Atkinson Piloted his to a first place in qualifying at Seaotter Dual Slalom this spring.
With pricing from $2600-$7200 there is a bike for everyone in the line up.
