Joy Ride loves the dirt and gravel but we dig the road too. So we want to take folks on weekend cafe rides visiting roads we think are pretty cool and to cafes or coffee stops you might not have been to before
Join us December 8th at 9 am for our second Joy Ride Cafe Ride starting from the shop. We'll plan on covering about 55 miles at 16-18 mph pace. We will regroup after larger hills and keep a steady but sustainable pace for the group. If you are looking to drop people and hammer the whole way through, this is probably not the ride for you. However, if you are looking for a good ride, with good company (well, we think so), like to explore new roads and get coffee along the way, this might be the ride for you.
This time around we'll stop at Hillbilly Beans in Littlerock, WA. If you haven't been, you don't know what you are missing. The folks that staff this roadside stop always try and win you over with kindness so you come back again and again.
Helmets required. Make sure to bring at least 2 spare tubes, topped-off bottles, and snacks. Do you need to be able to ride in a paceline and rotate? Yes, but we can also help teach if you these things if you want to learn. If you have other questions, let us know. Click here to email us.
